Data Scientist or AI/ML Engineer

About This Role

As an MLOps Engineer at BayanCloudTech, you will bridge the gap between data science and production systems. You’ll be responsible for building robust ML pipelines, enabling continuous integration and delivery for AI/ML models, and ensuring high availability in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, Vector serach, LLM, Agentic AI, MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines for enterprise clients

• Collaborate with customers architects, data scientists, and engineers to productionize models

• Strong knowledge of cloud security, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code (IaC) with hands-on experience in Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates

• Ensure compliance, governance, and ethical AI practices

• Monitor and optimize AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, Vector serach, LLM, Agentic AI, MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines performance in real-time

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Data Science or ML engineering

• 6+ years of experience in Distrubuted computing, Databricks, Spark, Python or Scala, SQL, Delta lake, Unity Catalog, and Data Model

• Expertise in one of the (AWS, Azure, and GCP) cloud services

• Strong knowledge of cloud security, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code (IaC) with hands-on experience in Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Excellent client-facing communication skills and ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience managing technical relationships with customers and partners ecosystems

Preferred Qualifications

• Databricks certifications and strong spark experience

• Experience with hybrid cloud

• Knowledge of cloud cost optimization practices

• Background in consulting or professional services
